Fair Trade is an independent Christian record company that exists to serve artists well. We believe serving is best accomplished through hard work, diligence, a spirit of partnership and yes, fairness.
We love music, songs and authentic expressions of art. We especially love working together with those who use their gifts to express the inexpressible and serve a great God. We like artists who seek to “comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable”. All of the artists we serve have a unique voice. For sure, they have amazing voices, but most of all they have a unique voice in culture that resonates with a singularity and cuts through the daily haze of our lives.
We work with artists who are unique.
We work with artists who are intentional.
We work with artists who are relevant.
We work with artists who are significant.
Most of all…We work with artists that we are proud to call partners.

Fair Trade Services has an internship program that provides qualified students an excellent opportunity to learn all aspects of a record label, gain overall music industry experience and networking opportunities.
All interns report to our online marketing department, but assist our entire company with Sales, Marketing, Radio, Production & Distribution needs.
Interns must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week. They must also be willing to work a fixed schedule. A set schedule allows us to incorporate them into our daily activities.
Students must receive credit through their college programs to be eligible for internships. Internships are unpaid and do not guarantee job placement.
Applications are accepted throughout the year. For consideration, please email a cover letter along with your resume to:

Selected candidates must be able to come to Brentwood, TN for an interview. Thank you very much for your interest. We look forward to hearing from you, and wish you the best of luck.
