Ask Laura Story
Q:  Your new song "Who Is Like Our God" went for adds today! Can you tell us a little about the song?

A:  "Sure! I feel so privileged to have this song on my album. I say that because it was co-written with some of the coolest people I know – Jason Ingram, Matt Maher, Ed Cash, and Ed Cash’s daughter Franni. How Franni got involved is a totally sweet God story in it of itself that I love to share... just ask me next time we see each other. So cool. Either way, what God did through all of us collaborating together was come up with this monstrous worship song that talks about God’s transcendence. You know, we talk about God’s love a lot… His grace... but I think something that is very important for us as worshippers to focus on is God’s holiness and God’s complete otherness. The reason why we even worship God is because He is so much bigger than we can fathom. His ways are so much higher than ours. This song asks who else can help us, who else can save, who else can overcome the power of the grave. Obviously, the only answer is absolutely no one else, because no one is like our God!" –Laura Story
